All content, including but not limited to text, videos, branding, visuals, design assets, downloadable materials, and structure of the mentorship, is the intellectual property of Luiz Pedro Bernardo Neto. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use this website and its services for lawful and legitimate purposes only. Any misuse, including unauthorized data access, scraping, reverse engineering, or content sharing without permission, will lead to immediate suspension and potential legal action.
4. Mentorship Access
Enrollment in mentorship programs grants you personal, non-transferable access to the content. Sharing access, login credentials, or distributing materials externally is strictly prohibited. Live sessions may be recorded and used for educational or promotional purposes with anonymized participation.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, or Pix. Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment, as per Brazilian Consumer Protection Law. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined by the organizer.
6. No Guarantees
Participation in the mentorship does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business growth. The mentorship is educational and intended to equip you with tools, strategies, and frameworks. Your success depends on your effort, application, and external factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Luiz Pedro Bernardo Neto be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, system failures, content accuracy, or loss of data.
